Fast tracking permits for roofs, fences, windows, and driveways with the City of Miami HEP Department

Enhancing saftey services for spring garden with the Miami Police Department. Extra patrols, faster response times, camera survailance

Traffic Calming
District 5, OCI, and Public Works are in construction on traffic calming measures along NW N River Dr, 10th Ave, and 10th Ct. SGCA is working to improve all the roads, drainage, and visibility in tandem with this project.

Illegal Businesses
Ending illegal/unpermitted boat charters & short-term rental operations in the neighborhood. SGCA is working with Code Enforcement, MPD, MRC, and Marine Patrol to stop the illegal businesses disrupting our day to day life for profit.

Humpback Bridge
SGCA and OCI have entered into a good-faith agreement to rehabilitate the Seybold Canal Bridge starting mid-October 2025.

Historic Guidline Adoption
Adopting accurate and modernized historic guidelines to the City of Miami charter

Spring Garden Pointe Park
Full rehabilitation and enhancment of the Spring Garden Pointe Park. After an extensive survey was put forth by the City of Miami Parks Department, the aggregated results showed a need for many updates to SGPP, including playground, dog park, enhanced lighting, new paths, increased canopy, and updated seating/furniture. SGCA is working diligently on the implementation of these improvements.

General Condition Maintenance
SGCA is working with the Office of Capital Improvements to ensure lighting enhancements, canopy pruning, sidewalk pressure cleaning and rehabilitation, historic preservation of Spring Garden Historical Sites: Country Club Columns & Coral Bench, and general neighborhood maintenance.

Greenfield Garden Phase 2
Greenfield Garden has undergone phase 1 of its beautification, and now SGCA is focused on Phase 2, which will include more planting of native foliage, new oolite pavers, and a solar-powered lighting system.
